Red Hood’s Ultimate skill deals 180% ATK DMG to 3 random targets and reduces their ACC by 25% for 3 rounds. After upgrading this skill to level 2, the Skill DMG is increased to 230% ATK and ACC reduced to 30%. The third level boosts the Skill DMG to 315%, and the ACC is reduced to 40%.
2. Perseverance (Passive)
This skill increases Red Hood’s HP by 10% and PAR by 5%. These bonuses are further increased to 20% and 10% at level 2, followed by 30% HP and 20% PAR at the third level.
3. Observation (Passive)
Red Hood’s every successful Parry grants her 6% ATK for 3 rounds. This effect is increased to 10% when you upgrade this skill to level 3. At level 2, this skill also heals Red Hood for 60% ATK HP.
