How to get Scissor Girl in Madtale?
You can get Scissor Girl via the Clock Tower in the Advanced Recruit with Miraculous Match items, Camp Recruit with Fated Match items, or the Friendship Recruit, which requires Friendship Points.
You can also pick Scissor Girl as your favorite in the Glimmer Blessing window, the S+ tab (displayed in the upper-right corner of Advanced or Camp Recruit methods) and get her once you collect the required number of Blessing Points.

1. Sketch (Ultimate)
Scissor Girl’s Ultimate skill deals 290% ATK DMG to a single enemy and makes the target Bleed, dealing 80% Bleed DMG each round for 3 rounds. if the target is already under the Bleed effects, there is a 50% chance to be stunned for 2 rounds.
After upgrading this skill to level 2, the Skill DMG is increased to 370% ATK and the Stun chance to 75%. The third level increases the Skill DMG to an impressive 520% and the Bleed DMG to 150%.
The enemy targets affected by the Bleed effect receive DMG at the end of each round. The Stun effect, on the other hand, makes the enemy targets unable to perform basic attacks, follow-up attacks, and counterattacks.
2. Dark Precision (Passive)
This skill increases Scissor Girl’s ATK by 10% and CRT by 5%. These bonuses are further increased to 20% and 10% at level 2, followed by 30% ATK and 20% CRT at level 3.
3. Lunge (Passive)
With this skill unlocked, Scisor Girl has a 30% chance to stun the Bleeding enemy targets for 2 rounds with her basic attacks. This effect is increased to 50% at level 2 and 75% at level 3.
4. Wailing Blade (Passive)
If Scissor Girl is defeated in battle, this skill deals 60% ATK Bleed DMG to all enemies for 2 rounds. Level 2 increases the Bleed DMG to 100%, whereas level 3 extends the effect to 3 rounds.
