Last War Survival Game Tier List Ranking All Heroes

As an avid player of this roguelike/strategy game, I always strive to find the best heroes that will give me an edge in Last War: Survival Game, especially for the stage battles and other solo PvE modes (I’m not a big fan of the Enemy Buster PvP event). After countless battles and gameplay hours, I have compiled a comprehensive tier list ranking all available heroes from best to worst.

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your team, these rankings will help you pick the top-performing damage dealers, tanks, or support heroes. And to give a quick breakdown, in the S tier, I’ve included the ultimate heroes that will dominate in any battle, while in the D tier the least desirable heroes that do not bring much in terms of combat power or defense. • S Tier (the best legendary/UR picks): These are the top-performing heroes with exceptional skills and base stats. They are must-haves for any team composition and can carry you through difficult battles.
• A Tier (legendary heroes): These heroes are also strong choices, particularly for PvE fights, but they do not have the same burst single-target, AoE abilities or power as the S Tier heroes. However, they can be great alternatives.
• B Tier (a mix of legendary and epic characters): In the B tier, we have a mix of legendary and epic heroes with decent skills and base stats. They are great for the early-mid game stages but I do not recommend them for intense PvP battles.
• C Tier (only epic heroes): These are average heroes. I recommend them for new players, as they can be a good starting point for building a well-rounded team.
• D Tier (a mix of epic heroes and rare): These are the weakest heroes in Last War: Survival Game. I do not recommend investing your Hero EXP in them unless you have no other options. Consider replacing them with better ones as soon as you get the chance.

Last War Survival Game Hero Summaries

Below you will find a summary of the top heroes and why I picked them.

Kimberly (Rocket Shadow)

• Rank: S
• Role: Attack
• Units: Tank

Kimberly is an amazing tank-type hero (meaning she leads tank units in battle but her role is attacker/damage dealer) in Last War Survival Game, known for her high attack power and strong skills. She can deal massive damage to single targets with her first skill and target multiple enemies at once with her second skill.

What sets her apart is the ability to boost her energy damage, making her even more lethal on the battlefield. To get Kimberly, you can either collect 10 shards of her or use your Legendary Recruitment tickets (I was lucky enough to get her with one ticket), or purchase the premium pack.

She is a valuable addition to any team in the game (I recommend having at least one more take hero to get that synergy bonus of two identical heroes). However, due to her low HP, she may need support from other defense or support-role heroes. So make sure to protect her and watch her shine in battle!

Schuyler (Magblade)

• Rank: S
• Role: Tank/Defense
• Units: Aircraft

If your team consists of Aircraft characters mostly, then Schuyler is a hero you don’t want to miss. She has powerful skills that can deal a whopping 309% damage to multiple enemies and prioritizes attacking one back-row unit with a chance to stun them for 2 seconds. This can be huge advantage in PvP battles. Moreover, her third skill boosts her own attack power by 40% in battle and even more if upgraded to 5 stars, making her a top-tier damage dealer among all aircraft heroes.

Murphy (Unyielding Warrior)

• Rank: S
• Role: Tank/Defense
• Units: Tank

Personally, I’m a big fan of tank-type heroes. And in Last War Survival Game, Murphy is undoubtedly the best one out there. His role is to defend his team, making him a vital addition for any player looking to dominate in intense battles. With skills that focus on reducing damage taken and increasing physical damage reduction for front-row units, Murphy ensures that your team stays protected while also dealing decent damage with his first skill.

PRO TIP: Murphy works best in the back row, where he can effectively use his skills to support and shield the front-row units. So make sure to place him strategically for maximum impact on the battlefield.

Marshall (Blade of Legion)

What makes Marshall so unique in this game is his Support role. He is the only character in the legendary (UR) rarity with this role. His skills are essential for boosting your team’s attack and reducing his own skill cooldown. As a Tank, he can take more damage, making him even more valuable. I highly recommend maximizing his second skill, which increases the entire team’s attack for 6 seconds.

Overall, Marshall is a well-balanced hero who can greatly enhance your team’s performance in battles. We recommend pairing him with Kimberly or even Mason, as his skills will greatly benefit these damage-dealing heroes.
