The third level boosts the Skill DMG to 210%, and the chance to stun the enemy target by skills to 50%.

This skill increases Prince Glass’s HP by 10% and TOU by 5%. These bonuses are further increased to 20% and 10 at level 2. At level 3, these bonuses are increased to 30% ATK and 20% TOU.
