Terrible Tornado, also known as Tatsumaki, has all the qualities of a strong ranged character in One Punch Man: World. Her skills make her a formidable opponent, and her damage output is one of the highest in the game.
She is not a pure melee character, but cannot attack from long distances either – she is kind of an interesting hybrid of a ranged and melee character. Personally, I find her a bit difficult to control due to her unique skill mechanics, but once mastered, she can be a valuable asset in any team composition.
But what sets her apart from other characters is her powerful telekinetic attacks that can deal massive damage to enemies. Her skills also allow her to enter a Telekinesis Liberation state, enhancing her normal attacks and skills and giving her the ability to unleash them while moving. This makes Terrible Tornado a strong versatile character in battles.

How to get Tatsumaki in One Punch Man: World?
As of now, Terrible Tornado (Tatsumaki) is included in the Limited Time Character Draw event where you can try your luck to obtain her by spending Limited Draw Tickets or World Silver currency instead of Normal Draw Tickets. This event lasts 14 days, so make sure to save up your Silver and try your luck before time runs out cause she is one of the best heroes in One Punch Man: World.
Additionally, she can be tested out during the Character Trial event, allowing players to get a feel for her skills and gameplay before deciding whether or not to invest in trying to obtain her.

Pursuit Skill
When the enemy’s composure is cleared, tap the Chase button to pursue enemies who are already in Broken Composure. This deals DMG that is equal to 150% of ATK and causes them to enter the Break State for 8 seconds.
Ultimate Skill
When Ultimate Points reach their maximum, tap Ultimate to deal DMG that is equal to 5,000% of ATK to the enemy and increase the DMG your entire team deals by 5% for 40 seconds!
Terrible Tornado’s Skills (Normal Form)
Terrible Tornado can apply Telekinesis Mark to enemies through attacks, triggering Telekinesis Liberation State, enhancing Normal Attacks and skills, and unleashing a powerful Telekinetic Tornado. Attacks are considered at Optimal Distance when the target is within the yellow crosshairs, and some attacks will gain enhancements.
Normal Attack – Telekinetic Blast
Performs an attack combo of 6 strikes, dealing a total DMG that is equal to 547% of ATK and applies 15 points of Telekinesis Mark. Accurate Shooting: Total DMG increases to the amount that is equal to 730% of ATK.
Gravity B.
Strikes the target with a one-time Gravity B. to deal DMG that is equal to 150% of ATK and applies 5 points of Telekinesis Mark. Optimal Distance: DMG increases to an amount that is equal to 200% of ATK. The amount of applied Telekinesis Mark doubles to 10 points.
Black Hole
The target’s location is plunged into a black hole. The black hole continuously gathers weak enemies for 3 seconds, dealing a total DMG that is equal to 540% of ATK.
Then, the black hole collapses and explodes, dealing DMG which is equal to 135% of ATK. The entire process applies a total of 25 points to the Telekinesis Mark.
Accurate Shooting: Total DMG increases to an amount that is equal to 900% of ATK. The amount of applied Telekinesis Mark doubles to 50 points.
Detonation
Only available when the target is afflicted with 100 points of Telekinesis Mark. Detonate the target to deal DMG that is equal to 450% of ATK and obtain 4 Telekinetic Spear charges.
Accurate Shooting: Increases DMG to 600% of ATK. When Telekinetic Spear is available, this skill will be replaced by Terrible Moment.
Terrible Moment: Enter Telekinesis Liberation state, enhancing Normal Attacks and skills, and allowing this character to unleash skills while moving. This effect lasts for 15 seconds. When Telekinesis Liberation ends, lose all Telekinetic Spear charges.

Tap and hold: Consumes a Telekinetic Spear charge and launches Telekinetic Spear, dealing DMG that is equal to 56% of ATK, applying 5 points of Telekinesis Mark, and recharging Telekinetic Tornado by 12.5%. You can also tap and hold to launch Telekinetic Spear during the animation of other skills. Accurate Shooting: DMG increases to an amount that is equal to 75% of ATK.
Gravity B. Combo
Strikes the target with Gravity B. multiple times to deal DMG which is equal to 375% of ATK in total, and applies 15 points of Telekinesis Mark.

- Potential 1 Tier – Trembling: The duration of Telekinetic Liberation State is extended to 25 seconds. When Telekinetic Liberation State is active, Terrible Tornado gets a 15% DMG bonus.
- Potential 2 Tier – Arrogance: Every 1% Character Panel Crit Rate grants an additional 0.4% ATK bonus.
- Potential 3 Tier – Contempt: Accurate Dodge applies 13 points of Telekinetic Mark.
- Potential 4 Tier – Haughtiness: Afix: Mind Reader level limit is increased by 2.
- Potential 5 Tier – Cosmos Spinning: Each use of Telekinetic Tornado increases her DMG by 10%. This effect can be stacked 3 times.
