Lion
As in real life, Lion is the leader of all beasts and the best alpha in Beast Lord The New Land. It has tremendous attack power and an impressive set of skills, making him a lethal force on the battlefield.
Its AoE skill allows it to attack up to 3 random enemy squads within effective range. Plus, it can lead any type of unit, whether is Herbivore, Carnivore, or Omnivore.
