How do I acquire the Chip Lab? Are there any requirements for it? I don’t see it in my base, but I really need it because my drone damage is too low. Any advice?

You can easily unlock the Chip Lab easily. It requires Headquarters level 5 and you can find it under the buildings menu in the Military tab.
