Cat Snack Bar offers super-engaging management mechanics, with a wide array of Costumes and Merchandise to choose from. And since your progress in the game relies on how fast your cat employees can serve your customers and how much revenue you can generate, it is of utmost importance to choose and upgrade the right items in this game.

Below we ranked the best Costumes and Merchandise in the game, so you can maximize your profits in the game and get better bonuses.

Cat Snack Bar: Best Costumes

The Roaring Costume Set

The Roaring Costume set offers the best items in the Cat Snack Bar game. These items including Roaring Mane (head), Roaring Suit (body), and Roaring Snack (tool), offer the highest productivity boost for your car part-timers and productivity in general in this game. The downside is that they are not that easy to acquire, but if you want the best costume set, this is it.

  • Tier: S
  • Rare Effect: +100% Production speed
  • Epic Effect: +30% Part-timer Cat production speed
  • Legendary Effect: +40% Move speed for all employees
  • Mystic Effect: Double Revenue

The Hop Costume Set

Hop Costume set belt item

The Hop Costume set has as well some of the most useful items in the game. They offer a good productivity boost and also come with some nice boosts for your Chef Cats. The only drawback is that the Chef Cat bonus is not that powerful as compared to the Epic Effect of the Roaring Costume set.

  • Tier: S
  • Rare Effect: +100% Production speed
  • Epic Effect: +20% Chef Cat move speed
  • Legendary Effect: +60% Production speed for all employees
  • Mystic Effect: Double Revenue

The Loud Costume Set

Loud Costume set loudspeaker item

The Loud Costume set is also worth the effort to upgrade or combine if you want to increase your part-timer Cat speed and get better rarity. Although the bonuses are not as great as the previous sets, it does come with a great move speed boost and an additional cashier charge bonus that can help boost your revenue.

  • Tier: A
  • Rare Effect: +75% Move speed
  • Epic Effect: +20% Part-timer Cat move speed
  • Legendary Effect: +50% Additional cashier charge
  • Mystic Effect: Double Revenue

The Shiny Costume Set

Shiny Costume set cape item

The Shiny Costume might not provide the same production boost that the previous sets do, but this set does offer some nice discounts for your upgrades. You might consider upgrading these items if you want to save some coins.

  • Tier: A
  • Rare Effect: +75% Move speed
  • Epic Effect: -15% Discount on upgrades
  • Legendary Effect: -10% Discount for menu item upgrades
  • Mystic Effect: Double Revenue

The Clinky Costume Set

This costume set falls short compared to the others. It only includes one productivity bonus, while the Legendary bonus is not worth it either. Unless you specifically need the Epic Effect, there are other costume sets that offer better bonuses.

  • Tier: B
  • Rare Effect: +10% Perfect dish rate
  • Epic Effect: +30% Chef Cat production speed
  • Legendary Effect: +5% Perfect dish rate for all employees
  • Mystic Effect: Double Revenue

The Fairy Costume Set

The bonuses provided by the Fairy Costume are also not that impressive when compared to the other sets. The Insta-complete bonus is nice, but the Legendary Effect is not enough to make up for it. Unless you need the Epic Effect, this costume is not worth your coins.

  • Tier: B
  • Rare Effect: +10% Perfect dish rate
  • Epic Effect: +25% Insta-completed dish rate
  • Legendary Effect: +10% Extremely generous tip rate
  • Mystic Effect: Double Revenue

Cat Snack Bar: Best Merchandise

The Cat Blue Toy (6th Perk)

The Cat Blue Toy is by far the best and the most efficient perk on the Merchandise window in the Cat Snack Bar game. This upgrade, once unlocked, will increase the maximum duration for which we get the offline reward.

By default, we have a 3-hour duration limit for which the rewards can be accumulated. But with this upgrade, the duration can be increased, which means more coins for being offline.

  • Tier: S
  • Unlock Cost: 180 gems (+320 for all the previous perks)
  • Effect: Increases the offline reward time
  • Default Bonus: 1.2x
  • Upgrade Bonus: 0.2x for each additional level

The Cat Tent (4th Perk)

The second great Merchandise Perk in our Cat Snack Bar tier list is the Cat Tent. Is pretty similar to the previous one, but with this one, we get more coins for being offline. It’s definitely worth upgrading this perk, especially if you are not able to play the game for long periods.

  • Tier: S
  • Unlock Cost: 100 gems (+80 gems for all the previous perks)
  • Effect: Increases the offline revenue
  • Default Bonus: 1.15x
  • Upgrade Bonus: 0.15x for each additional level

The Aquarium (2nd Perk)

The aquarium is also a must-have Merchandise perk. Despite the low probability chance, you’ll be surprised how often the gem ads will appear in the bottom-right corner. You get 10 gems for each ad you watch, which is always useful, considering how difficult it is to get gems in the game.

  • Tier: S
  • Unlock Cost: 20 gems
  • Effect: Offers a chance to get gems for watching ads
  • Default Probability: 11%
  • Upgrade Bonus: 1% for each additional level

The Plant (7th Perk)

The Plant is similar to the previous perk but with a slight twist. This perk increases the duration for which we get the revenue boost. This can be extremely useful especially when you are at least half of the way to your current branch and the earnings are already starting to become high.

  • Tier: A
  • Unlock Cost: 220 gems (+500 gems for all the previous perks)
  • Effect: Increases the 5-minute revenue boost duration
  • Default Bonus: 1.2x
  • Upgrade Bonus: 0.2x for each additional level

The Cat Green Toy (3rd Perk)

The Cat Green Toy can also be considered a great Merchandise perk. It increases the coin revenue boost, the one that appears on the bottom-left corner and activates for a duration of 5 minutes after watching an ad.

  • Tier: A
  • Unlock Cost: 60 gems (+20 gems for the previous perk)
  • Effect: Increases the 5-minute revenue boost
  • Default Bonus: 2.2x
  • Upgrade Bonus: 0.2x for each additional level

The Tip Box (1st Perk)

The tip box is the first perk you get after unlocking the Merchandise feature, and it comes already unlocked. However, I would not spend gems on upgrading this perk until you have all the others unlocked first. It increases your coin revenue from tips from your cat customers, which is always useful but not essential.

  • Tier: B
  • Unlock Cost: Free
  • Effect: Increases the chance of getting tips from satisfied customers
  • Default Bonus: 12%
  • Upgrade Bonus: 2% for each additional level

The Barrel (8th Perk)

The Barrel perk can be useful, but considering the high gem cost, you should avoid unlocking this perk in the early stages of the game, or at least until you have accumulated enough gems and unlocked some of the other perks first.

  • Tier: B
  • Unlock Cost: 260 gems (+720 gems for all the previous perks)
  • Effect: Increases the customer’s movement speed
  • Default Bonus: 1.5x
  • Upgrade Bonus: 0.5x for each additional level

The Cat Food Can (5th Perk)

The Cat Food Can is relatively affordable, compared to some of the other perks available in the game. The problem with this one, however, is that the bonus you get for each level is extremely low, which does not offer much value for the gem cost. I would recommend avoiding this perk until you have at least upgraded the ones from the S and A tiers.

  • Tier: C
  • Unlock Cost: 140 gems (+180 gems for all the previous perks)
  • Effect: You get more coins from tips
  • Default Bonus: 1.05x
  • Upgrade Bonus: 0.05x for each additional level

The Cat Chocolate (9th Perk)

The last Merchandise perk in our Cat Snack Bar tier list is the Cat Chocolate. With a total cost of 1280 gems, this is the most expensive perk in the game, and I would definitely not recommend unlocking it unless you’ve played the game for a considerable amount of time or invested in some generous premium gem packs.

  • Tier: C
  • Unlock Cost: 300 gems (+980 gems for all the previous perks)
  • Effect: Increases the ad revenue
  • Default Bonus: 1.1x
  • Upgrade Bonus: 0.1x for each additional level
